1. General provisions
1.1 The Customer undertakes to refrain from performing actions that violate laws when using the proxy server provided by the Administration. In particular, the Customer undertakes not to commit illegal actions using the service, not to violate the criminal code and the laws of the country in which it is located, as well as not to perform actions that may harm other services and Internet users. If the Customer violates any of these points, the Contractor is not responsible for this. Criminal, legal and other types of liability at this time fall exclusively on the Customer.
1.2 The contractor undertakes to carry out orders of the Customer.
1.3 The customer undertakes to accept and pay for the services rendered to him.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

Refusal of the proxy server for unjustified reasons is also a violation of the agreement and the funds spent are not returned.
3. The procedure of admission and refund of fees
3.1 The cost of services is determined according to the tariff plan and the information published on the Provider's official website.
3.2 Services are provided exclusively after full prepayment by the Customer.
3.3 The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the payments made to the Provider's accounts.
3.4 The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change the cost of services.
3.5 In the event of a complete lack of connection to the proxy server for more than 72 hours, the client has the right to request a refund without any additional conditions.
3.6 In the event of a refund request within the first 24 hours after purchasing the proxy, a 10% commission is charged, equivalent to the cost of a daily test for any proxy in our service.
3.7 In the event of a refund request within the period from the second to the seventh day after purchase, a 15% commission is charged after deducting the cost of the days of rental that have passed.
3.8 Refunds for proxies rented for more than seven days are not possible.
3.9 If a proxy's position specifically states that no refunds are available, the above rules do not apply to those positions.
4. Conditions and responsibilities of the parties
4.1 The contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the equipment.
4.3 The Contractor does not guarantee that proxy servers in various Internet services will not be banned.
4.4 The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the procedure, cost and conditions for the provision of services without notifying the Customer.
4.5 The Contractor is not responsible for any damage or losses incurred by the customer in the course of using the proxy server.
5. Procedure for entering into and terminating the agreement
5.1 The agreement shall enter into force after the payment of any service Contractor.
5.2 In case of violation of the agreement by the Contractor, the Customer has the right to terminate this agreement.
5.3 In case of violation of the agreement by the Customer, the Contractor has the right to terminate this agreement.
5.4 The contractor has the right at any time to modify this Agreement without notice to the Customer.
5.5 For all matters not regulated in this Agreement, the parties shall act on the basis of the legislation of the country of the Contractor and the Customer.
5.6 The contractor has the right to refuse service without explanation.
6. Information about the terms of use of the services, obligations of the Contractor and the Customer
6.1 Terms of use of services proxy server
6.3.1 Under the services of proxy servers are:

6.3.1.3 Granting access to the proxy server.
6.3.3 The customer is prohibited:

6.3.3.1.2 Use a proxy server for hacker attacks.
6.3.3.1.3 Hacking sites and theft of various types of information.
6.3.3.1.4 Resale, delivery at any time, transfer of IP (proxy) to other people is strictly prohibited (including attempts to resell, delivery or transfer).
If you do not follow these rules, you will be immediately blocked from your account without any warning or refund.
6.3.4 The contractor guarantees
6.3.4.1 Ensuring the fulfillment of their obligations under the provisions of this Agreement and its Annexes.
6.3.4.2 Stable connection and operation of the Customer's proxy server at the level of 99% Uptime.
6.3.4.3 Guaranteed response to Customer requests submitted to the support service in the official telegram channel within 12-48 hours.
7. Force majeure
7.1 The Parties are released from liability for full and/or partial non-performance of their obligations under this Agreement, if this non-performance was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose as a result of extraordinary events.
7.2 The Party invoking force majeure shall notify the other party within 5 days of the occurrence of such circumstances.
APPENDIX TO THE PUBLIC OFFER
1. General information about the service Level
According to the information below, we will compensate for each hour of lack of access, except in cases where a possible lack of access (for example, technical work) was reported no later than 12 hours before the lack of access occurred.
Compensation is calculated only upon the user's request within 72 hours. The request must be sent no later than 24 hours after the problem occurs.
Due to the fact that the Internet is a combination of different networks, we are not responsible for failures in the functioning of the equipment of various Internet providers.
1.1 The availability of services
If the proxy server is unavailable for more than 24 hours a month, we charge compensation in the amount of non-working time, for example: the server was not working for 48 hours, we will compensate you for 48 hours.
2. General information about the support Service
The support service is open from 10:00AM to 02:00AM UTC+3. Requests from users are received via the official telegram channel. If you send a request via the official telegram channel, you will receive a response within a maximum of 24 hours. The support service responds to user requests as quickly as possible.
We keep logs, if you are a fraudster or a hacker, your data will be transferred to the law enforcement agencies.
